I have defined the following objectives for our Polyethylene Business Unit and its members:
- to strive for excellence in matters of hygiene, safety and environmental care
- to develop creation of added value in PE applications, responding to the needs of our customers
- to emphasize customer satisfaction in all aspects of our activity
- to improve the technical and economic performances of our plants
- to ensure the continuous development of our technologies
- to foster the individual development of each member of our division
- to assess the capabilities of our service providers to meet our expectations and to monitor their performances
- to maintain an efficient quality management system including a process of continuous improvement.
